The boxes consist of a thermal insulation layer made of mineral wool of basalt rocks and a protective shell made of thin-sheet metal, designed to protect and isolate pipelines, shaped elements of pipelines, pipeline fittings, tanks, separators and other technological equipment to which periodic access is required, including pipeline welds, maintenance of flange connections, pipeline fittings and for periodic monitoring of technological equipment.

The boxes are a metal product with a thermal insulation layer completely ready for installation. According to the technical specification of the customer, thermal insulation can be made of several layers (of different stiffness, different thickness, etc.), with the use of vapor barrier materials (aluminum foil 40 microns), the outer protective layer of sheet metal is made with the necessary zigs and special cap locks and hinges, for rigid and reliable fixation. Each order is processed and calculated individually according to the customer’s project or technical task.

External coating:
Galvanized steel (Zn): galvanized steel LKPOC (paint coating of cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized rolled products) with a thickness of 0.45 to 1.00 mm is designed for use outdoors and in rooms that directly interact with the environment;
Aluminum (Al): aluminum of the AD1N brand with a thickness of 0.80 mm has a low density, therefore it is easy and convenient to install. An irreplaceable property of aluminum is its plasticity, which makes aluminum the main material for insulation of pipeline systems;
Stainless steel (St): AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.50 mm has excellent corrosion resistance in many environments and in contact with various aggressive influences.
It is possible to paint in different colors at the request of the customer.

Fastening:
Locks made of galvanized steel (Zn).
They are used for quick installation without the use of additional tools.
Quick-release clamps consist of a lock and a galvanized steel tape.
Self-tapping screws or rivets.
