Unloading devices are designed to prevent vertical displacement (sliding) of protective coatings on vertical pipelines and apparatuses when using soft thermal insulation materials. The protective shells must be supported by support rings and elastic elements.
At temperatures from 350°C, the support legs and brackets of the structure are made of heat-resistant steel and are attached to the ring with elastic elements to compensate for thermal expansion and reduce the vibration transfer of the insulated object.
The unloading devices are additionally equipped with the corresponding additional products. For example: remote holders in the form of support legs with springs or pins for fixing thermal insulation, elements in the form of a diaphragm and hinged brackets for holding and distributing the load of protective structures when used on vertical pipelines.
