Unloading devices are designed to prevent vertical displacement (sliding) of protective coatings on vertical pipelines and apparatuses when using soft thermal insulation materials. The protective shells must be supported by support rings and elastic elements.
At temperatures from 350°C, the support legs and brackets of the structure are made of heat-resistant steel and are attached to the ring with elastic elements to compensate for thermal expansion and reduce the vibration transfer of the insulated object.

The unloading devices are additionally equipped with the corresponding additional products. For example: remote holders in the form of support legs with springs or pins for fixing thermal insulation, elements in the form of a diaphragm and hinged brackets for holding and distributing the load of protective structures when used on vertical pipelines.

Unloading structures and their elements are used to prevent vertical displacement (sliding) of protective coatings on vertical pipelines and apparatuses when using soft thermal insulation materials.

Unloading device are made according to the albums of technical solutions TR 12131-TI. 2015-27, TR 12297-TI. 2005, TR 12274, TR 12329-TI. 2009, TR 2294-002-2015, TN-TEHIZOLYATSIYA Pipeline Node TI-01-35,TN-TEHIZOLYATSIYA Equipment Node TI-02-17, TR-12222-01.1, TR 12220-TI. 2001.

They are used in standard series:
series 7.903.9-6.11 (is a replacement for 12302.1-TI-39);
series 7.903.9-3.1;
series 7.903.9-8.1;
series 7.903.9-2.1-45;
series 3.903-11;
series 3.903-5/73;
series 2.400-4.

Unloading devices (rings, brackets) with diaphragms are installed at the flanged connections and the bottoms of the devices with a step of 3.0 meters in the height of the device. Unloading devices can be welded or with fastening of elements of coupling bands on bolts. The diaphragms installed on the unloading devices must not touch the protective coating.
Unloading devices with a step of 3-4 meters in height are installed on vertical pipelines.
The installation step of the unloading devices is determined by the size of the thermal insulation products and the elements of the metal cover layer.

	To preserve and improve the efficiency of the thermal insulation characteristics of thermal insulation, special support and unloading structures have been developed, the production of which takes place on automatic European lines with CNC.

The direction of the feet and springs during installation is made in strict accordance with the displacement of the pipeline or container. For the sphere, the direction of the legs and pins is made perpendicular to the surface of the sphere in the direction of its center, and the metal tape of the support rings or band is made parallel to the surface of the sphere.

Unloading devices are designed to increase the service life of the thermal insulation layer in fully assembled complete structures with a metal protective coating. They contribute to the relief from the gravity of the metal coating, wind load and accidental mechanical influences.

Installation conditions:
