Pipewool HZN/HAl/HSt inset protective shell is a modern solution for protecting thermal insulation and pipeline networks from external influences. It is a protective coating made of thin-sheet steel. Special stiffeners, technological locks allow you to prevent moisture from entering the casing.

The protective shell on the inset serves as protection for the diverting sections of pipelines, which are made with a diameter of 60 to 1000 mm. Type of metal made of galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheets up to 0.50-1.0 mm thick. Special stiffeners, longitudinal and end overlays, technological locks prevent moisture from entering the casing.

Thickness: Zn 0.5-1.2 mm, Al 0.50-0.80 mm, SSt (stainless steel) 0.50 mm.
Diameter: From 60 mm in increments of 10 mm, holes for rivets or self-tapping screws with a diameter of 3.2 mm.
Mounting direction: Double-sided (for 1); Directional (for 2; 3).

Installation of the casing does not require the use of special devices and is carried out in several stages:
