Quick-detachable constructions PIPEWOOL

   Quick-detachable structures (QDC) consist of a thermal insulation layer made of basalt rock mineral wool and a protective shell made of sheet metal, designed to protect and insulate pipelines, pipeline fittings, pipe fittings, tanks, separators and other technological equipment that require periodic access, including pipeline welds, maintenance of flanged connections, pipeline fittings and for periodic monitoring of technological equipment. 

  QDC is a metal product with a thermal insulation layer that is completely ready for installation. According to the technical specification of the customer, thermal insulation can be made from several layers (of different stiffness, different thickness, etc.). 

  QDC are characterized by effective protection of thermal insulation materials, durability, reusable use and greatly facilitate installation.
